Refund policy

At Silver Loft we care about the health & safety of our customers, product intended to be worn in a piercing can NOT be exchanged or returned once placed into customers care. All other products sold may be exchanged within thirty days accompanied by the receipt. All products being exchanged must be in original condition. No returns accepted.
